He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Skaggs and Elisa Jane Spradlin Skaggs of Scottsville, KY. He is survived by: his wife Ashley Nicole Skaggs of Princeton, KY; his sons, Leif Ian Skaggs of Alvaton, KY and Dane Andrew Skaggs of Alvaton, KY; and his brothers, Patrick Wesley Fannin (Rebecca) and Andrew Brady Fannin (Melissa).
