She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Espy and Winnie Forshee Espy; her husband Billy Ray Basham; and her siblings, Robert Espy, Willa Mae Basham, Christine Jones, Patricia Wolfe and Sue Collier.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Jamie Basham; her grandson Taytum Caudill of Russellville; her nephews, Larry Basham (Mary) and Ricky Basham (Becky); and her niece Judy Hittson (Billy). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
