He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Adams and Dorothy Adams; and his siblings, Gary Wayne, Boone and Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Seretha; his daughter Amanda (Fred); his grandchildren, Carissa (Josh), Nick (Dulce) and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kevin and Liam; and his siblings, Bonnie, Earnest, Ed (Mary), Luetta (James), Taylor (Wanda) and Mary (Kenneth).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Leon's name to Richardsville Baptist Church at 374 Threlkel Ferry Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
