He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Shank and Edna Martin Shank; his former wife Sharyn Kanagy; and his brother Phil Shank. He is survived by: his wife Darlene P. White Shank; his daughters, Jennifer Buckingham (Eric) and Kim Jay (Bruce); and his siblings, Stephen Shank, Dottie Shank Kauffmann and Carol Wolfer.
