He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Grissom and Hazel Wooldridge Blair of Columbia, KY. He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Allen Blair and Ann Blair Ballas; his wife Vernita Harvey Blair; his children, Theresa Blair Davis (Harvey), Carolyn Blair Tarrence (Steve), Lisa Blair-Poe, Edward Alan Blair (Tina), Jimmy Blair and Dawn Blair-Cherry (Lucas); his sisters, Joyce Flatt of Somerset and Billie Stecker (Chuck) of Littleton; and his sister-in-law Gayle Blair of Columbia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
