He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Lake of Talmage, Kansas and Marion Allen Lybarger of Fort Scott, Kansas; and his brother Jason Lee Seaman of Ottawa. He is survived by: his sister Shelly Browning (Robert Browning) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his sister-in-law Jennifer Seaman of Ottawa, Kansas; his nephew Joshua Browning (Becky Browning); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava and Teagan of Bowling Green; his nieces, Amber Browning (Lindsey) of Louisville Ky and Katie Seaman (Dan Runkle) of Ottawa, Kansas; his nephew Nathan Seaman of Ottawa, Kansas; his stepfather Terry Lake (Shelly Lake) of Talmage, Kansas; and his former wife Amy Lybarger.
