He is survived by: his wife Belinda Johnson Settlemoir; his children, Brandon Vann Settlemoir (Tonya), Brooke Marann Jennings, Doug Schaupp, Brittany Oriana Settlemoir (Antonio Castañeda), Mark Taylor Settlemoir (Destiney), Jennifer Smallwood and Brian Sparks; and his grandchildren, Hunter, William, Carl, Austin, Penelope, Kasey, Bailey and Jasper.
