He is survived by: his wife Sandy Houchens Watkins; his children, Jonathan Watkins, Joshua Watkins and Ashley Watkins; and his siblings, Phillip Watkins, Shirley Pedigo and Janet Plumber. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great grandson.
