Blair of Bowling Green, Kentucky, born in Lunenburg, Vermont, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaValley Sr. and Ethel Platt LaValley; her husband David J. Blair III; and her children, David J. Blair IV, Sterling Blair and Peggy Francis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristen Holbert, JoAnne Starks (John) and Deirdre Staley (Lee); her grandchildren, Rebecca Huston (Chandler), Leah Staley, Patrick Staley and Bryan Francis; her great grandchildren, Mark Francis, David Francis, Bryce Huston and Grayson Huston; her children, Mark Fitzgerald, John DeCutris, Hank Albarelli, Michael Garzone, Frank Gordon and Since; and her son-in-law John.
