Mary Elizabeth leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary Elizabeth’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Mary Elizabeth will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Anita (Korina), Mary Evelyn (John) and Clifford; her grandchildren, Sara (Andrew), Tyler (Ashlee), Amy and Wesley; her sisters, Sue Vonhaden (Dan) and Marlene Wilson; and her sister-in-law Martha Cole.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Archie Newman-Wilson Cemetery.
