She is survived by: her children, Wesley Neal Moran II (Matthew) and Jessica McGowan Duke (Stephen); her brother Buck McGowan (Debbie); her sister-in-law Sharon; and her cousin Penny Gilbert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
