She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nole and Bessie Mae Graham; her husband Samuel "Sammy" Matlock; her son Dwight Matlock; and her sister Lillie Mae Hays.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Danny" Matlock of Bowling Green, KY and Reba Mihok (David) of Bowling Green, KY; and her grandchildren, Kristie Carmickle, Robbie Mihok, Kelly Matlock and Sarrah Young. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
