She is survived by: her daughter Hannah Perkins (Colton Burch); her grandchildren, Dakota Kai Burch, Jaerenzeo Williams (Daliss Hicks) and Aaleah Richie; her brothers, Jonathan Perkins (Arlene Perkins) and Michael Perkins (Taryn Perkins); her nieces, Amanda Perkins, Michaela Perkins and Patricia Perkins; and her nephew David Perkins. She is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane Chapel, to assist the family with funeral expenses.
