He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Morgan, Jr. and Brenda Hogue Morgan; and his brothers, Jeff and Billy Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Morgan (Jackie), Marcus Morgan (Lauren) and Latosha Scarbrough; his grandchildren, Lanaeha Carpenter, Janessa Scarbrough, Benson Morgan, Jaxon Morgan, Nolan Morgan, Kellie Morgan and Dylan Morgan; and his sister Kathy Wemyss (Allen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
