He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Smith and Lois Smith; his daughter Tonia Denise Smith; and his sister Eleanor Pearson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; his son Brad Smith (Donna); and his grandson Tyler Smith (Alexis). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
