She was predeceased by: her mother Overa Napier; and her husband Roger Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Donna Lowe Ashby of Bowling Green and Bruce Lowe (Karen Lacy) of Fort Thomas, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Heather Mayhugh, Shawn Brown (Danielle), Zachary Lowe (Jill) and Caitlin Ashby; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Mayhugh, Tyler Mayhugh, Andrew Mayhugh, Madison Mayhugh, McKinley Lowe, Baylor Ashby, Autumn Brown and Merrick Brown; and her great great grandchildren, Jayden and Amelia Chanthavong. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
