He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel "Sonny" Ennis Jr. and Sarah Gordon Ennis; and his sister Janet Ennis. He is survived by: his children, David Ennis (Melissa), Chad Ennis (Jennifer) and Hannah Thompson (Dale); his grandchildren, Zachary Tucker (Meghan), Harrison Tucker, Josh Thompson, Evan Thompson, Addison Ennis and Tucker Ennis; his great grandchildren, Marshall Tucker, Maggie Tucker and Mollie Tucker; and his sister Susan Cash.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
