We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2025, at the age of 66, Olivia Ann Hazel of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Olivia Ann departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Olivia Ann. Though Olivia Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Hazel and Artha Dee Eadens Hazel. She is survived by: her siblings, Arithia Dee Willis (Tommy), Linda H. Young (Terry), Vivian H. McClellan (Steven) and Dwayne E. Hazel (Diana) of Bowling Green; and her uncle Artis Eadens of Bowling Green. She is also survived by niece, several nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews and cousins.
