She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Lee Recer and Katie Pearl West; her husband James Franklin Richards; her daughter Marsha Lynn Garrett; and her brother Donald Wane Recer.
She is survived by: her children, James Stephen "Steve" Richards, David Bradley Richards (Lisa) and Diedra Elaine Neil (Scott); and her grandchildren, Christopher Garrett (Jasmine), Stephanie Waldrup (Robert), Vaughan Franklin Richards, Caroline Grace Richards, Annelise Kathleen Richards, Connor Jacob Neil (Laura) and Jared Neil. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
