He is survived by: his daughter Sheryl Lynn Morrison; his granddaughter Carrie Morrison of Arizona; his siblings, Roberta Stone of Evansville, IN., Walstine, Don, Bill and Rowena Armstrong (Jim) of Winchester, ID.; and his caregivers, Danielle and Nancy.
