She was predeceased by: her parents, Chas Slavens and Myrtle Slavens; her husband Clyde Lee Bell; her son John Kevin Bell; and her grandson Cody Lee Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Tyler (Rob) of Murfreesboro, TN, Mike Bell (Pam) of Bowling Green, KY and Ron Bell (Linda) of Hendersonville, TN; and her brother Chas Slavens, Jr. of Puxico, MO. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
