He is survived by: his wife Jackie Daniel Pash; his daughters, Kimberly Pash Huntsman (Brent) and Kristy Pash Hendrick (Steve); his stepchildren, Shannon Miller, Shaun Miller (Mary) and Chris Miller (Jessica); his grandchildren, Allan Michael Huntsman (Madison), Chelsea Dean Huntsman, Garrett Hendrick, Connor Hendrick and Chloe Hendrick; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Fulton, Brandon Fulton, Alexis M. Miller, Kyra Miller and Wyatt Hobdy; his nephew Jimmie McKindsey (Jennifer); his great-nephew James McKindsey; his caregiver Kelly Carter; and his pet Lily.
