He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Charles and Ula Mae Brock Sizemore. He is survived by: his wife Mildred of Bowling Green; his children, Carrie Heinz (Mark) of Leitchfield, KY, Wiliam Sizemore (Malinda) of Cedar City, Nathan Sizemore (Susie) of Crawfordsville, IN and Beth Martin of Harlan, KY.; his brother Jimmy Sizemore of Scottsville, KY; and his stepchildren, Christie Cain of Woodland and Dr. Darren Cain of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
