He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holt and Emma Dale; his wife Judy Holt; and his children, Virginia Louise Holt and Dale Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Star Howard and Allen Holt (Sharlene). He is also survived by Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
