She was predeceased by: her mother Mattie Marietta Koon Noffsinger. She is survived by: her husband Joseph D. Hicklin; her daughters, Jennifer Hartman (Tim) of Bowling Green and Amy Messamore (Jason) of Green Bay, WI; her grandsons, Nicholas of Green Bay, WI and Ethan Messamore of Green Bay, WI; and her siblings, Yvonne Gaylen of Greenville, KY, T. C. Noffsinger of Madisonville, Ann Tichenor of Owensboro, KY, Larry Noffsinger of Madisonville and Mary Lou Noffsinger of Madisonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
