Rhonda will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Rhonda by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Rhonda is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Rhonda’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mick Lawler and Eva Frances Lawler; her husband Jeffrey Rouse; and her sister Martina Lawler. She is survived by: her son James Rouse; her granddaughter Olivia Rouse; and her siblings, James Lawler, Mickey Lawler and Sue Davis. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jc Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
