He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Edwards; and his siblings, Don Edwards (Linda) and Allice Harris (Vernon). He is survived by: his wife Diane Guiling Blair; his sons, Michael Keith Blair (Wynema) and Paul Ashley Blair; his grandchildren, Tyler Shields, Colton Blair and Katlynn Mosby; his great grandchildren, Allie G. and Logan C.; and his sister Brenda Zumwalt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jc Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
