He was predeceased by: his parents, Rensselaer Curtiss Havens and Alice Roberts Havens; and his siblings, Nancy Havens and Rensselaer Curtiss Havens, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Tyner Havens; his sons, Richard Todd Havens (Royce), Gregory Paul Havens (Suzanne) and Christopher Corey Havens (Lea); his brother Ross Havens (Nancy); his grandchildren, Christen Havens Ferguson, Christopher Havens (Madeline), Paul Havens (Steph), Harvill Havens, Georgia Elder (Hayden) and Madison Havens (Chad Ferguson); and his great grandchildren, Reese Ferguson and Jaxson Ferguson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
