He is survived by: his wife Pinky Louise Rigsby Hazel; his children, Richard Lee Hazel Jr. of Bowling Green, Robert Allen Hazel (Tanisha) of Bowling Green and Melanie Angel Hazel of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Haylee Evett Hayes (Drew), Brian Mikel Hadden (Paige), Hannah Mackenzie Greer and Kelsey Grace Chaffin; and his brother Jimmy Hazel (Janice). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
