He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Besaw and Pattie Besaw; and his sister Linda Rose Besaw. He is survived by: his sons, Quincy Besaw of Lebanon, TN and Travis Besaw (Molly) of Edgewood, KY; his granddaughters, Heather, Trinity and Paige; his great grandchild Susanne; and his siblings, Brenda King (Ron) of Louisville, KY, Kenny Besaw of Louisville, KY, Karen Sweazy (Eric) of Bloomfield, KY and Kevin Besaw (Patty) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
