He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Craine and Lettie Pedigo Craine; his son Michael Allen Craine; his sister Janice Daniels; and his brother-in-law Doug Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Parker Craine; his sisters, Jean Owens (Leroy) of Cave City and Billie Cheryl Daniels of Park City; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Parker of Bon Ayr and Mark Anthony Parker of Bowling Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
