He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward and Violet Bixler; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Michael of Paducah, KY and Michelle of Nashville; and his brother Richard of Fairfax. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home (3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101).
