He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warren and Carol Veronica Lewis (Evans); and his daughter Michelle Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lewis (Harper); his children, Kevin Lewis (Austin), Karen Lewis Gurrola (Mario), David Jackson and Wendi Hope (Kevin); his grandchildren, Finn, Rowen, Luka, Lydia (Chandler), Layla (Jasper), Jaxon and Kinley; and his siblings, James Lewis (Jean), Barbara L'Huillier (Jack), John Lewis (Nancy), Christine Wenger (Steve), Douglas Lewis (Paula) and David Lewis (Michele).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jc Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
