She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Henry; her parents, Mamie Lyle and Dennis Lyle; and her sisters, Marie Townsend of Indianapolis and Helen Spencer of Bowling Green.
She is survived by: her children, Philip N. Henry (Linda) of Bowling Green, Dr. Robert L. Henry (Paula) of Birmingham, AL and R. Annette Ballard (Mike) of Bowling Green; and her grandchildren, Allison Leigh Hogue (Brad) of Bowling Green, Erin Michelle Henry of Bowling Green, Dr. Elizabeth Ann Magner (John) of Lexington, KY, Morgan Lyle Gearhart (Drew) of Birmingham, Dr. R. Gordon Henry (Brittany) of Birmingham, Katherine Jean Breckenbridge (John) of Birmingham, AL and Dr. Leigh Ann Ballard of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
