She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oscar and Charlene Marie Galloway Raines; her husband William F. Carlo; her grandson James Greer; and her niece Kami Ramsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lajuana Carlo (James) of Bowling Green and Lavonda Lynn Grogan (Gilbert) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Brittany Haynes (Joni Copsy) and Chad Church (April) of Elizabeth City, N. C; and her sisters, Elouise Gugel, Janice Harrison and Alice Williams. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great great nephews and also cousins.
