She was predeceased by: her parents, Zill Perkins and Dollie Basham Perkins; and her children, Jeannie Perkins and Wendell Johnson Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Wendell Johnson of Bowling Green, KY; her children, Rita Gail Johnson of Bowling Green, KY., Mark Allen Johnson of Bowling Green, KY. and Keith Allen Johnson (Amber) of Bowling Green, KY.; her adoptive son Kenneth Todd of Bowling Green, KY; and her siblings, Charles Basham of Rockfield, KY, Margie Cardwell (David) of Bowling Green, KY and Opal Perkins of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Chapel (927 W G L Smith St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
