He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Pauline Sanders, Oscar and Elsie Meredith. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Sanders Pennycuff and James Pennycuff of Bowling Green, KY; his wife Naren Hak Meredith; his sons, Matthew Hak Meredith of Bowling Green and Jonathan Hak Meredith of Bowling Green; his brother Keith Page (Veronica) of Knoxville, TN; his mother-in-law Kaony Hak; his siblings-in-law, Nary Taing (Eak) and Narom Hak (Bunna); and his nieces and nephews, SSgt Travis K. Page, Attack Squadron, Wing, Aylssa Page of Denver, CO, Megan Taing of San Francisco, CA, Gabrielle Hak of Bowling Green and Danica Hak of Bowling Green. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
