He is survived by: his wife Melissa Smith (Adamson); his children, Stephen Neal Smith, Jr., Matthew, Miranda Smith Cook, Jessica Enlow Garrett (Hunter), Kaileigh Enlow, Natalie Enlow and Raylan Adamson; his sister Tammy Smith Cara (Frank); his grandchildren, Dylan Cook, Kennedy Cook and Lillian Garrett; his niece Emily Crist (McPeak); his great-nephew Gage Crist; and also Mikayla Riley.
