He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Bailey; and his father Dr. Don Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Dorthy Bailey Johnston; his stepfather Karl Johnston; his sister Dr. Beth Bailey Shelton; his nephews, Captain Adam Shelton and Joel Shelton (Peyton); his great-niece Cecily; his great-nephew August; and his niece Rachel Shelton of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by lab, Captain; as well as many extended family.
In memory of Steve, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church or Hillvue Heights.
