He was predeceased by: his father Richard Mann; and his father-in-law John Potter. He is survived by: his mother Paula Terrell (Richey); his wife Michelle Mann; his children, Kaitlyn Johnson (Paul) and Kyle Mann (Madison); his grandchildren, Lydia Johnson, Hendrix Mann, Jakson Mann and Lyla Johnson; his brothers, Scott Mann, Shane Mann and Tony Stinson (Deanna); his stepmother Sharyl Mann; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Potter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the South Warren Church of Christ (8500 Nashville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42104). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family has requested that visitors wear purple in honor of pancreatic cancer and in lieu of flowers to please donate in Stevens name to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
