He was predeceased by: his parents, Cathern Woods and Rhoton; and his brother Michael Woods. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Brown (Elliot) and Presley Woods of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and his brothers, Jeremy Woods of Tompkinsville, Timmy Woods of California and Jamie Woods of Bowling Green, Kentucky. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
