She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Leonard and Josephine Owens (Berkley); her husband Kenneth Randall Garrett; and her brother Leonard Owens. She is survived by: her children, Stacey Lindsey (Greg) of Bowling Green, Doug Garrett (Nicole) of Bowling Green, Josh Garrett (Brittany) of Bowling Green and Brandon Garrett (Meghan) of Woodbury, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Jordan, Alexis, Taylor, Caelin, Jayln, Brayden, Kloey, Kaylee and Kassie; and her sisters, Wanda Rogers (Jackie) and JoNell Owens. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
