With solemn reverence, we commemorate Sue Tilghman of Bowling Green, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on July 20, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Ray Ellis and Mary Magdalene Gentry; her husband Leland Miles Tilghman, Sr.; and her sister Linda Henderson. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Lewis (Billy), Robert Reese (Melissa), Lee Tilghman, Jr., Kerri Thomas and Paul Tilghman (Kira); and her siblings, John Ellis, Lisa Thomas (Keith), Julie Hooser (Steve), Cheryl Gross and Marcia Poli (Gabe). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jc Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel (820 Lovers Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42103). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
