She was predeceased by: her father Orin Kip; her sister Ulyssa Decker; and her niece Tabetha Shawn Valera. She is survived by: her daughters, Cherish Newton (Ray), Amanda Faith Jones and Tasha Nichole Meredith; her grandchildren, Courtney, Cassie, Caitlyn, Jacob, Trinity, Gauge, Trent and Eli; her great grandchildren, Julia, Abel, Christian, Oliver, Siena and Tate; her mother Mildred Caldwell (Oliver Mack Jr.); her siblings, Martin Cook (Mary Ann), Timothy Caldwell (Annitte), Lonnie Caldwell (Georgia) and Sandy Meredith; and her close friend Lori Michelle Cripe.
