We are sad to announce that, on June 4, 2024, at the age of 82, Thomas Edward Lewis Sr. of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Leota Lynch Lewis and Edward Hugh Lewis; and his son-in-law Michael Madison. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Eaton Lewis; his children, Laura Madison and Thomas "Tommy" Edward Lewis, Jr. (Christy); his sister Leota Cooper (Wayne); his grandchildren, MadaLynne Hanna (Mark), Thomas Edward Lewis, III (Raven), Georgia Egner (Erik) and Anna Durkin (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Elijah Edward Lewis, Stella Mae Lewis, Vivienne Blake Lewis, Theodore Michael Egner and Colt Hanna.
