He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Edward Westbrook and Mable Thomas Westbrook; his son Thomas Steven Westbrook; and his brother James Julian Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Jackson Westbrook; his children, Donna Westbrook Hyland (Paul), Daniel Westbrook (Sherri) and Timothy Westbrook (Belinda); and his grandchildren, Brent Westbrook (Jennifer), Landon Westbrook (Millie), Aaron Westbrook (Aeron), Adam Westbrook (Molly), John Hyland (Lia) and Brooke Holman (Harrison). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A masonic service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
