He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Smith Daugherty Franzell of Morgantown; and his siblings, Timothy Daugherty (Sharlet), Joey Franzell (Felicia), Christopher Franzell of Charles Franzell, J. R, Tammy Daugherty and Katina Kisthard (Michael).
