He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Billhartz and Loretta "Schoendienst" Billhartz; his parents-in-law, Edward and Regina Richter; his brother Arnold "Roscoe" Billhartz; his siblings-in-law, Bob Foppe, Mike Bair, Tom Oyen, Paul Richter, Frank Richter, Joe Richter, Kenny Revermann, Henry Detmer, Bill Holtgrave, Nancy Billhartz and Jean "Richter" Bujnak; and his godson Kevin Billhartz.
He is survived by: his wife Marti Billhartz; his children, Nikki Koger (Mike), Eric Billhartz (Janie) and Carrie Hagan (David); his grandchildren, Jacob Billhartz (Lizzie), Colton Billhartz (Logan), Tyler Koger, Colleen Bohannon (Jacob), Shelby Faubion, Jade Hagan and Benjamin Hagan; his great grandchildren, Delilah Billhartz, Everleigh Billhartz and Baby Girl Billhartz; his sisters, Elaine Foppe, Alice Toennies (Mel), Loretta Bair, Ginny Oyen and Teresa Billhartz; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Richter, Marilyn Thole, Beatrice Richter, Mary Revermann, Pat Detmer, Charlie Richter, Jim Richter (Mary Jane), Ben Richter (Doris), Joanie Richter, Judy Richter (Mark) and Mike Richter (Sue). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
