She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Clark and Alice Phelps Crenshaw; and her siblings, Judy Arnold, Randy Clark and Ronnie Clark.
She is survived by: her husband David West; her children, Lesia Collins, Glenn Johnson (Jenny), Steven Johnson (Amanda) and Heath West (Myranda); her sisters, Julie Young (Phillip), Kitty Clark, Shawna Crenshaw, Jessie Clark (Wendy) and Marty Crenshaw (Robin); and her pet Bella Boo. She is also survived by 9 grandkids; 5 great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers Ginny requests that donations be made to the Humane Society, BGWCHS, P.O. Box 1456, Bowling Green, KY 42102 for the critters she so deeply loved.
