He is survived by: his daughters, Sonja Moore and Tanyika Wan (Darrin); his grandchildren, Amanda Walden (Phil), Andrea Roberts (Bruce), Allison Campbell (Nick), Cameron Gullion (Alex), Alex Wan (Katie) and Marcus Wan; and his sisters, Frances Hammonds (Ernest) of Henderson, KY and Polly Hatler of Alvaton, KY.. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
